Kendall Howard Portable Rack Systems are the perfect solution for just about any racking need. These systems are durable, lightweight, stackable, and completely portable. You may never again have to worry about running out of rack space. The 8U cabinet is great for small closets, under the desk applications or countertops, the 12U cabinet is great for small closets and under the desk applications and the 20U cabinet ships UPS!

Each rack is fitted with interlocking corner guards so when you need more space, simply add on an additional rack. Our racks come equipped with spring loaded recessed handles and optional casters for maximum portability.

Unlike most similar systems that are contracted from compressed wood products, the Kendall Howard rack is made entirely of steel and can hold over 500 lbs. With its expandability, strength, and aesthetic design, this is one racking system you will not out grow (Casters Not Included).

Portable Rack Caster Kit

Our medium duty rack caster kit comes with four medium duty casters, and all the hardware necessary for mounting to any Kendall Howard Portable Rack System.
Casters come with poly wheels to ensure they do not leave marks on tiled or other hard surfaces.
Each caster will support 200 lbs (evenly distributed) giving your total caster weight capacity of 800 lbs per rack.

The Kendall Howard series of Stationary Keyboard trays are an inexpensive way to mount your keyboards to almost any open racking system. Exceptionally strong and lightweight, this unit will keep your keyboard stable while allowing you room to configure your rack your way.
Our Stationary Keyboard trays are constructed from heavy 14-gauge steel and individually formed to maintain the highest quality. These shelves come with our standard heavy-duty black textured powder coat paint. Units are available in other colors with quantity orders. Ask your customer service representative for customization details.

3U Media Shelf

The Kendall Howard Rack Mounted Media Shelf is a great addition to any racking system. This shelf allows you to conveniently store CDs, tapes or most media types. Imagine not having to search for that important startup disk or emergency recovery disk.
This component is also great for musicians and DJ's allowing easy storage of your sampling, data and music CD's. This item is recommended for all music rack configurations.
Our Media Shelves are constructed from heavy 14-gauge steel and individually formed. Each corner also features radius corners for optimum safety and handling.

10-32 Rack Screws (100)

These 10-32 Rack Screws come 100 per box. Rack Screws are made from forged steel and are painted with a black powder coat to match most racking systems.
Rack Screws use a standard Cross Head Driver.

Full 20" Rack Shelf

This 20" Rack Shelf was designed to compliment our portable racking systems. This solid design will support up to 300 lbs. This shelving unit is perfect to help support heavy servers and UPS backup systems. This unit is mounted on both the front and rear rails for maximum stability.
Each unit comes with ½” sidewall flanges to ensure whatever you place on these shelves does not slide off. This shelf is made with .074” (14-gauge) steel.
This unit may only be used on rack systems with 20” deep chassis. Recommended for the Kendall Howard Portable Rack Line.

1U 12" Component Shelf

The Kendall Howard Rack Mounted line of shelves is another great way to store your non-rack mountable components. Our shelves are suitable for monitors, modems, DSL routers, tape players, backup units, and virtually anything you can think of.
These products are constructed from heavy 14-gauge steel and individually formed by hand. Each corner also features radius corners for optimum safety and handling. All shelving units have a front and back flange to ensure your components cannot slide off.
Our 1U unit is so strong you wont believe it! Even many heavy flat screen monitors will mount with ease. This is the perfect shelf for the space conscious customer.

2U 14" Component Shelf

The Kendall Howard Patented Rack Helper is a truly innovative product. This rack-mounted component makes installing heavy rack mount components a snap! Simply install this device just below any heavy component. Next slide your component on top, attach with screws and your finished. No more running around trying to find someone to help hold up your server or UPS while you attempt to line up the mounting holes and screw in the screws.

Universal Wire Minder

The Kendall Howard rack mounted Universal Wire Minder is the perfect add on to any racking system. This adaptive design allows it to be mounted in eight different positions based on what best fits your racking needs. This Wire Minder has a generous 1.5" by 3" clearance to manage even the largest cables and is made from .090” Steel to assure strength and durability.
Hole spacing is designed to accommodate EIA compliant rack systems and rail components. Wire Minder has a 1U (1.75") space requirement but can easily be mounted on the front or rear face of any rack, rail, shelf, or component.
